YES-Certification

The YES-Training System is FUN for kids, while giving parents a way to determine their

child's improvement.  One way to determine if your child is benefiting from the exercise they're

getting with their activities is whether or not their speed and endurance is improving from one time

period to the next, and whether their upper body coordination and lower body coordination is improving.

On a specific day each month (weather permitting), an Enduro Certification Facilitator will conduct a local

Certification Day at a nearly park or other suitable location.  Your child will be timed while running a specific

distance.  Times from each Certification Day to the next can be compared to determine if your child is getting

faster, and therefore improving, from one month to the next, one season to the next, and each year to the next.

Your child's best Certified Time or Distance (CT/CD) is official and provides a fun way to encourage your children.
